To access this trick you need a browser extra for example one in Web and another Opera
Access Point Name- celloneportal
Proxy Service Address- 192.168.51.163
Proxy Port- 8080
Security-NORMAL
Thats all now just leave the other settings as it is...
Instructions:
1) Now you should open any of the two settings you created using your phones default browser.
you will now access bsnl home page
